Class List

The options are endless and the fun, and most importantly your wellbeing, is guaranteed:

· Classes will be held with a minimum of 3 people.

· No classes are held on Sundays and public holidays.

· Paid time is non-transferable and will not be paused or refunded.

Cardio Hit

A training system that establishes its aerobic character, small but very intense exercises, alternating with recoveries. Alternate it with walking or yoga.

Indoor Cycling

Guided classes on a stationary bike accompanied by brutal music. That’s the essence of it. Vibrant, motivating and energetic classes.

Yoga

A practice that connects the body, breath and mind. This practice uses physical postures, breathing exercises and meditation to improve overall health.

Pilates

A set of controlled movements for the body and mind. These movements and exercises are also performed on specially Pilates mats and machines for a correct execution.

G.A.P.

Combines cardio and strength training to maximise results in the shortest possible time. It includes exercises such as squats, burpees, mountain climbers, push-ups…

Sports Therapy

Focuses on injury prevention and rehabilitation to return to functional, occupational and/or sport-specific fitness, whatever your age or sporting ability.

Body Mind

A body-based language to describe movement and body-mind relationships. A versatile material applicable to work in an infinite number of contexts.

Full Body Toning

It allows us to train all muscles in a single session. Versatile, as it can be used to gain muscle, lose fat, gain strength or stay healthy. Entertaining and varied. 

Hit + Strength

High Intensity Training or HIT is a method of strength training performed with a high level of effort and relatively brief and infrequent workouts.

Boxing

Hit the sack hard in our ring and give it your all in our classes where you will learn everything you need to know about this combat sport.
